The OX-29 guide shoes are a design which goes further than the simple fixed or spring pivoted guide shoe. This type of guide shoe has buffers on the two shafts which clutch allowing a smooth and comfortable slide.

They also have the capacity to adjust the depth of the slider for maintenance adjustments without the need to separate the sling and in this way the wearing down through operation without having to re-adjust the safety gear is compensated.
